It is made abundantly clear in this comic strip that although Norton may have a lot of interesting ideas, he continues to not have all of the details sorted out. I like the gag of Norton’s proposed solution for paying back the five dollars he owes Wilfrid. Thankfully Norton is not in the banking business.
