Tattoo

Wilfrid is, unsurprisingly, not as wowed by Norton’s temporary tattoo as Norton had hoped. Regardless, Norton seems quite proud of his temporary artwork on his arm and the supposed “street cred” and symbolism it conveys. Wilfrid clearly does not take Norton as seriously as Norton hoped.

The challenge I found with this strip was to draw something that resembles a cartoon elephant at the small scale of Norton’s arm. My drawing style doesn’t lend itself to too much fine detail given the thickness of my lines. Plus the scale at which I draw my panels is a bit on the smaller side, which makes small details difficult to illustrate and ink. But I think it worked out in the end.
